result

Naming and identity – The development is named ‘Macintosh Village’, referencing Charles Macintosh and the site’s industrial heritage. A structured naming approach creates continuity across buildings and phases, establishing a clear identity across the wider development.

Marketing materials – The concept ‘Restore, Regenerate, Reconnect’ communicates the transformation of the former Dunlop site into a new residential community. A distinctive colour palette, editorial layouts, photography and quotes from architects, developers and local figures work together to build a sense of place and belonging.

The overview brochure introduces the development, combining heritage, community and lifestyle messaging through an editorial approach. Building and phase brochures extend the design across the wider scheme, creating a unified suite of marketing materials.
